Marcus T., Lead Technician

Marcus has spent eleven years in duct and dryer vent work, the last six of them with Kestrel. He’s our Rotobrush lead, which means he runs the rotary brush systems that scrape years of dust and pet hair off the duct walls before the negative-pressure extraction pulls it out. He holds NADCA certification and keeps his continuing education hours current every year. Marcus is also the guy who can tell you exactly what your previous cleaning crew missed, because he’s crawled into enough Marietta crawlspaces to know what “good enough” usually isn’t. On weekends he rebuilds small engines and claims it’s relaxing.

Renee S., Senior Installer and Dryer Vent Specialist

Renee joined us from a commercial HVAC background where she spent eight years before moving to residential work. Dana is the voice on the phone when you call (762) 533-6494. She’s been coordinating service routes in the Atlanta metro area for nine years and knows how to build a schedule that respects your time. Dana handles the arrival window, the written quote paperwork, and the follow-up call after every job. She’s the one who makes sure the 365-Day Done Right Promise gets logged in writing before the crew ever leaves your driveway. Before Kestrel, she managed scheduling for a plumbing contractor in Cobb County, so she’s heard every home-service horror story there is and works hard to make sure ours never join that list. She bakes sourdough and brings loaves to the shop, which is a perk we don’t take for granted.

Tony R., Apprentice Technician

Tony is in his second year with us and works alongside Marcus on most jobs. He’s learning the Abatement Technologies HEPA filtration setup, which is the equipment that keeps loosened particles from drifting back into your living space while we clean. Tony came to us from a residential remodeling crew, so he understands how houses are put together and respects the condition of your vents, your trim, and your floors while he works. He’s background-checked, uniformed, and follows The Kingswell Way on every visit, just like the rest of the crew. He plays bass in a cover band that practices in a garage in Powder Springs when he’s not on a job.
